How long is delivery?

3-5 working days,please phone first if your order is urgent.

How much is delivery? 

Delivery is £5.45 for orders unders £150,for orders over £150 delivery is free.

What payment types do you accept?

We accept credit/debit cards via paypal or google checkout,we also accept cheques or postal orders.

Do you take orders over the phone?

Is Vat included in the price?

Prices on the website are inclusive of Vat at 17.5% were applicable.

Do you accept returns?

If you wish to return an item(at customers expense).Returns must be sent back within 7 days and be unused and be returned in orignal packaging.Please phone before sending any item back as you will need a return number.Returns are subject to a £5 restocking fee.

Please note due to the Health & Safety at Work Act 1972, WE ARE UNABLE TO HANDLE ANY HORSE CLOTHING OR EQUIPMENT UNLESS IT IS CLEAN AND DRY, due to the hazards involved with the repairing and handling of horse clothing and associated products.

Refunds are made minus postage cost and restocking fee.

What is your privacy policy?

No credit or debit card details are stored or kept by us.When creating your account please keep your user name and password safe.We only use your personal information ie your name and address for processing and dispatching your order,we do not pass your details on to any other companies.
